Ingredients
- 4 pcs Fresh Kiwi Fruit.
- 12 oz Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil
- 30 pcs Lollipop sticks or Popsicle sticks.
- ⅓ cup Granulated Sugar (optional)
Instructions
Follow these simple steps to make sliced kiwi pops.
- First of all, wash and peel the fresh kiwi fruit.
- Slice the peeled kiwi into rounds about ½ inches thick.
- Place the kiwi slices in each lollipop stick.
- Line the tray or baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
- Place it on a baking pan.
- Freeze it for at least four hours and up to 48 hours.
- In a small glass bowl, melt coconut oil and chocolate over a pan of boiling water.
- Dip each frozen kiwi sticks into the melted chocolate. Repeat it with all the kiwi slices.
- After a few moments, the chocolate will harden.
- Eat immediately or place it back into the refrigerator until you are ready to have it.
