Ingredients
  

  • 2 Mangoes
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds (soaked overnight in milk)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • Assorted Nuts

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add chopped mangoes. Please take out the seeds from it and add only the pulp.
  • Now add chopped kiwis to this.
  • Add half a cup of milk in the initial stage before you give it a good whisk.
  • Add sugar. Now to this mixture, add cream.
  • Give a good blend to this mixture. Whisk it for 2 minutes or until you find the fruits turned into a thick pulp.
  • Now add the remaining milk to it. Add chia seeds as well at this point. You can add assorted nuts. Give the right blend for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Pour the kiwi mango smoothie into a smoothie jar or bowl. Top it up with more nuts. This is entirely your choice.
  • Serve it.
