First of all, wash and peel the fresh kiwi fruit.
Slice the peeled kiwi into rounds about ½ inches thick.
Place the kiwi slices in each lollipop stick.
Line the tray or baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
Place it on a baking pan.
Freeze it for at least four hours and up to 48 hours.
In a small glass bowl, melt coconut oil and chocolate over a pan of boiling water.
Dip each frozen kiwi sticks into the melted chocolate. Repeat it with all the kiwi slices.
After a few moments, the chocolate will harden.
Eat immediately or place it back into the refrigerator until you are ready to have it.
